“The quality or state of being healthy in body and mind. An approach to healthcare that emphasises preventing illness, as opposed to emphasising treating diseases.”
Welcome to Achieving Wellness
I am a registered Nutritional Therapist based in Stratford upon Avon. I offer professional, science based and personalised nutritional and lifestyle advice to improve your health and help you live a better life. My approach to health and wellness is based on cutting edge nutritional science which looks at each person as an individual. The “One Fits All” approach of our current healthcare system may manage disease but it does not create true health and therefore we need a new paradigm which focuses on health and prevention.
Optimum health is an intricate web of interactions between our genetic predispositions, environment, diet and mental state. For me it is not a mere absence of disease but the presence of total wellbeing, in both body and mind. Whether you simply want to feel better or you have a complex health problem I can help you to get to the root of the problem and establish what is best for you, to fit in with your lifestyle. Science is moving fast and I am sure many of you often feel confused about common dietary advice. We are all unique and as the saying goes "one man's meat is another man's poison". My belief is that the future of healthcare lies in nutrition, lifestyle medicine and nutrigenomics. Continuing with my own education and research to expand my knowledge is my priority, because I want to make sure I give you the best possible advice.
I am determined to support you on YOUR journey towards vitality. Together we can achieve Wellness. Don’t let disease take the lead and invest in your health today.

All major chronic diseases are on the rise, we are getting sicker and sicker. The cost of public healthcare has increased exponentially over the last years, becoming unsustainable.
